Al-Pha-X A.K.A. Declan Flynn

Al-Pha-X released his first album 'Gravity' with Bardelune Records and then set up his own label in 2004, Al-Pha-X Recordings and released a further two albums 'Missing Link' and 'A Plea For Sanity'.
Declan's music has been licensed to various labels and has appeared on no fewer than 120 compilation albums worldwide including the highly eclectic and critically acclaimed Buddha Bar, Siddharta and Claude Challe compilations.
His music has also been used in over 200 Film and TV productions. He has produced music for Warner Brothers, BBC 1 and 2, Channel 4 and Freemantle media.
The Al-Pha-X sound can be summed up as a 'world meets electronica' vibe with an eclectic sprinkle of Jazz, Folk, Rock and Classical influences. Declan performs live as a solo performer, with a band and as a DJ.
We asked him for his thoughts on Cameleon 5000:
