When you purchase Camel Audio software or sounds through our web shop, each product purchased is automatically registered to your support account. The serial numbers or key files are listed at the top of the 'Product Downloads' page, which you can access at anytime by logging in to your support account and clicking the link on the left.

Please note: Alchemy and the add-on soundbanks do not require a serial number. Alchemy is automatically registered to you personally based on the details of your support account. Authorising the add-on soundbanks for use on your system will require a key file that contains personalised licensing information. Please see the detailed installation instructions in the Alchemy manual for more information.

CamelPhat and CamelSpace require a serial number for authorisation on your system. You will be prompted for the serial number the first time you use each plug-in in your host software. You can copy and paste the serial number from the support page directly in to the registration dialog box.
