Why can't I log in to my new support account?

All new Camel Audio support accounts must be activated before the user is permitted to log in. After creating a new account an activation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered to the account. Click the link in the e-mail, or copy and paste the link to your browser address bar, to activate the account. You will only need to do this once.

If you do not receive the account activation e-mail please check the junk e-mail or spam folder of your e-mail account. To help ensure you receive future e-mails from Camel Audio please add our support e-mail address to your address book.

If you still cannot find the activation e-mail, please contact Camel Audio support from the registered e-mail address so that we can manually activate the account for you.
