Your system won't accept my card details - what can I do?
Please ensure that your Camel Audio account details match the details of the credit card you are using, including the name, address, country and telephone number. The details will be passed to SagePay and checked at the time of purchase.
All credit card processing is handled securely by SagePay and your bank. We do not store your credit card details on our website, and are not able to access your account. If a credit card transaction fails, you will most likely need to contact your bank to find out why, or try a different card.
If you are unable to place an order using a credit card, we also accept payment directly via Paypal.
After clicking the Checkout button on the cart page you will be asked to sign in to an existing Camel Audio account, or create a new account if this is the first time you've purchased software or sounds from us. Once you are registered click the button for PayPal:
You will be transferred to PayPal to complete the purchase.
