You will normally be emailed with a download link immediately after placing your order, and in no event will it take longer than 24hrs. Downloadable products have many advantages - you will receive your product much more rapidly, the version you download will be the most up to date version available, the savings made are passed onto you in the form of high quality products at low prices, and in addition it avoids the need for packaging materials, thus helping to safeguard our environment.
VAT SALES TAX
Please note that VAT sales tax (19%) is included in the Euro and Sterling pricing of our products, since this must be paid by residents of the European Union. If you are ordering for a VAT registered business then you will pay 17.5% less. Please note also that the Euro and Sterling prices have been rounded to the nearest whole number.
